Before the end of each session, there will be planning to help individuals regain control over their lives, at the same time getting ready to work towards their wants and needs realistically.
The outcomes from the sessions could be better relationships and self-confidence, increased positive motivations, a concrete plan to achieve peak performance, and better self-control. The sessions would essentially provide individuals with strategies to use everyday to overcome challenges and achieve personal success.
